Job summary

Technology Elite - Build YOUR Elite Team is seeking an IT Support Technician in the Philippines to perform scheduled and reactive maintenance, respond to system alerts, and keep central infrastructure reliable for service delivery.

The role covers patching, monitoring configurations, resolving escalations, and contributing to knowledge sharing. Night shift Mon-Thu, 10:00 PM–9:00 AM PHT, PHP 90,000–110,000 plus night differential; relocation benefits and PTO enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT Technical Support.
• Experience with Windows Server and VMware.
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Able to patch and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Strong documentation and ticketing discipline.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance solutions to optimise client IT equipment.
• Respond to system alerts and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and perform first-time fixes.
• Ensure change management and SLA adherence.
• Assist service desk when required.
• Maintain security patches and configurations.
