Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to deliver remote IT support, manage system updates, and troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, and cloud services for diverse clients.

You will handle M365/Azure, virtualization, firewall, VPN, and network troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain high service standards. Strong English, customer service mindset, and at least five years in IT support are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016–2025.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Entra Admin Center, firewall rules, and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot workstation OS issues.
• Troubleshoot printer issues.
• Resolve Office application issues.
• Support line-of-business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
• M365 administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot servers.
• Resolve networking issues.
• Escalate to technicians as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
