MicroSourcing, a leading Philippines-based BPO provider, seeks an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the IT Service Desk and oversee end-user support across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and multiple enterprise SaaS applications. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work permanent night shifts from a remote setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Info Systems.
3–5 years in IT Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, or IT Operations with leadership exposure.
Experience in a BPO environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, enterprise apps, and ITSM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytics, and stakeholder management; able to work permanent night shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day IT Service Desk operations and ensure SLA adherence.
Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise apps.
Administer SaaS apps (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, QuickBooks, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus) and coordinate with vendors.
Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot authentication and data sync issues.
Maintain IT docs, KPI reports, and change management aligned with InfoSec standards.
