Job summary

Cloud Bridge Tech Recruitment is seeking a Philippine-based candidate for a fully remote Service Desk role supporting a UK-based MSP. The night shift (Fri-Mon, 8pm–8am UK time) covers 1st/2nd line incidents, Windows patching, and client-facing activity. You will handle alerts, log tickets, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Strong patching, AD, M365, Teams, Intune experience required. Open to Philippine-based applicants; the role emphasizes problem solving and clear documentation in a 24x7

Qualifications

• Experience patching Windows servers.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLAs and KPIs in a 24x7 service desk environment.
• Monitor queues for alerts and incidents.
• Answer calls and log tickets in the system.
• Perform scheduled Windows patching during your shift.
• Use available tools to resolve client issues quickly.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalations and resolutions.
• Document case updates and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist in post-incident reviews and lessons learned.
