Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our fully remote team for the Night Shift, supporting a cloud-first IT environment for US-based clients.

You will handle Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and core business applications while troubleshooting Windows 11 devices and configuring Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. Documentation and automation initiatives are encouraged for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 licenses.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Support business applications, including Zoom, Bill.com, Keeper, Teamwork, BambooHR, and other enterprise platforms.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with technology deployments, system migrations, and IT improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support secure user onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to the reliability, security, and performance of the IT environment.
