TigerUX seeks an experienced Inside Sales Leader to drive performance and coach a team of inside sales reps in a fast-paced startup milieu. You will lead, train, and mentor reps, orchestrating KPI-driven improvements and outbound prospecting while ensuring precise CRM data and collaboration with marketing and operations.

The role requires robust communication skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to scale sales processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications or related field.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent is required.
• Strong communication, objection handling, and leadership in calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
• Drive KPI performance through coaching and action plans.
• Generate new business via outbound prospecting and support deal closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze sales data for insights.
• Identify process improvements to boost team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
