Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to coach and uplift a high-performing group of Inside Sales Representatives on a night shift. You will drive KPI performance through coaching, reviews, and action plans while supporting outbound prospecting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years B2B inside sales and 2+ years supervisory experience, a bachelor’s in business or communications, excellent English, and a track record of coaching teams toward KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach reps to success.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of five or more against KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze KPI data.
• Experience supporting the growth and scaling of sales teams.
• Adaptable in fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
• Drive KPI performance through coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, support sales and marketing initiatives, assist with deal closures, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales escalations.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to support coaching, strategy, and continuous improvement.
