Tiger Ux in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will drive KPI attainment through structured coaching, performance evaluations, and targeted action plans.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes calls and coach reps to similar results.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing 5+ reps and meeting KPIs.
• Strong track record of improving team performance via evaluations and action plans.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
• Able to analyze KPI data to identify improvements.
• Experience expanding sales teams or processes.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

• Supervise, train, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives to strengthen their skills and overall performance.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs through regular coaching, evaluations, and action plans.
