Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation and external sales activities for our B2B client base. You will engage prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for the external sales team, while maintaining accurate records in the lead database.

The role requires onsite work and night shift availability, with strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leads generation experience or a Bachelor’s degree with related exposure.
• Preferred experience with B2B programs and lead generation tools.
• Willingness for onsite work and night shift schedule.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
• Make outbound calls to develop new business
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Help drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities
• Prepare proposals and/or sales presentations
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop knowledge of the company’s products to facilitate sales
• Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
