Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Fraud operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or people management experience.
• Must have a Fraud profile (fraud detection, prevention, investigation, or related).
• Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fraud operations ensuring adherence to policies.
• Lead and coach a team of fraud analysts to meet targets.
• Monitor fraud trends, risks, and recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze fraud-related reports for management.
