Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a seasoned Fraud Supervisor to lead detection and prevention efforts in a fast-paced, onsite night-shift environment in Taguig City. You will supervise the fraud team, analyze trends, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in fraud operations, at least 1 year in supervision, and a 4-year degree. A 100% onsite work setup is required at Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fraud operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or people management experience.
• 4-year college graduate, any course.
• Must have a Fraud profile (detection, prevention, investigation, or related).
• Amenable to 100% onsite work in Taguig - Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3.
• Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fraud operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of fraud analysts to meet performance and quality targets
• Monitor fraud trends, risks, and escalations; recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and SLAs
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions when needed
• Prepare and analyze fraud-related reports and metrics for management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve fraud detection and prevention processes
