IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. in Alabang seeks an Administrative Service Dispatcher to support sales and operations with all administrative functions.

This on-site role requires strong communication, accuracy, and exceptional customer service to meet and exceed branch expectations. You will schedule, dispatch, and book jobs for residential and small business installs, manage branch paperwork, and liaise between the branch and US Security Systems home office.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience as a dispatcher in the security industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality of work, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and book jobs for all residential and small business installs.
• Manage all branch box sales, check in freight and deliveries, and order parts.
• Manage technician schedules to ensure timeliness of scheduled calls.
• Create job packets for installs.
• Ensure efficient flow of paperwork and reports.
• Work as a liaison between the operations manager and the branch employees.
• Work as a liaison between the branch office and the client's home office (US Security Systems).
• Audit paperwork for accuracy and content; assist in keeping current job list accurate before it is pushed over to Sales Order Entry Team.
• Gather all required paperwork and information for closing tickets and send to branch closeouts.
• Assist in other general administrative duties as assigned by manager.
• Maximize branch productivity through the use of Word and Excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
