Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Experience in customer service, operations, back office, or logistics is a plus but not required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift.
• Onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City.
• 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off.

Responsibilities

• Handle call management and documentation, promptly recording critical information.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Maintain and update detailed call logs and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and field units to resolve issues.
• Monitor driver rosters, track deliveries, and optimize routing and performance.
