• Coordinate field engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and partners.
• Maintain dispatch queues, priorities, and communications with customers and teams.
• Review scopes of work to ensure appropriate experience for engagements.
• Identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Mentor and train junior coordinators as the team grows.
