Responsibilities

• Virtual Reception – respond to calls, SMS, and emails promptly.
• New Client Intake – engage interested clients, input data into systems, communicate via phone/email/text.
• SOP Creation and Management – generate SOPs from video content and organize in library.
• Document and Task Management – manage documents, track due dates, and maintain DTS.
• Quality Assurance – review and approve client service documents and progress notes.
