Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, managing data accuracy across systems, and ensuring projects stay on time and budget.

You will collaborate with OPEs and Area Managers, handling documentation, billing, and data input to capture revenue. Night shift hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and edit maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process.
• Understanding of the permitting process and where to research permit rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with different departments; internal and external crews and managers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaison and auditor between the customer system (P2), internal system (OFS), and the documentation provided from the field personnel; assist with customer requests.
• Review customer database (P2) and internal database (OFS) and adjust for data accuracy.
• Work with OPEs to identify and document tasks and milestones to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate and provided based on the contract with the customer.
• Translate and input crew production data onto a digital job site print to verify production and capture revenue.
• Escalate issues that could delay or impact project or budget.
