JWay Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Technical Operations Support/Coordinator to back our client’s processes during US daytime hours (Philippines night shift). The role emphasizes operational continuity, accurate handovers, and structured workflows.

You will document SOPs, perform QA checks, monitor dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining clear client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Entry-level: 0–2 years in operations, support, QA, or related role.
• Must be able to work US daytime hours during Philippines night shift.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with SOPs and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.
• Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes for seamless daytime handovers.
• Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and elevate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
• Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.
