Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and dispatching of field service engineers.
• Book service works via phone and email with customers.
• Enter job details accurately into the system.
• Monitor scheduling queues and respond to new contracts.
• Update systems in real time for confirmations and changes.
• Escalate discrepancies to Senior Analysts when needed.
• Coordinate with parts, technical teams, and sales as required.
• Provide timely updates to customers on bookings.
