Qualifications

• For candidates with call center experience, at least a high school graduate with 6 months call center exposure.
• For candidates without call center experience, finish at least two years in college.
• Willing to work during night shift with shifting schedules.
• Responsible for own learning, development and achievement.
• Team player with strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Assess customer's needs and guide the customer accordingly.
• Use customer service and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
• Maintain acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly and helpful.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Escalate issues appropriately and promptly.
• Provide timely, accurate and professional service and uphold the company's image.
• Demonstrate knowledge of departmental resources and procedures.
• Aim to reach campaign goals.
