Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper for a night shift, onsite across Ortigas, Makati, and Pampanga. The role supports staff accountants with guidance and is not independent, focusing on transactional activity and monthly close.

You will work under the Accounting Team Lead and Manager, handling bank and vendor tasks, AP/AR, and ensure accurate, timely reporting. This position offers growth within a collaborative, people-focused company.

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the accounting cycle and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace.
• Working familiarity with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and code bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop).
• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including vendor bill review, coding, and payment scheduling.
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice generation, deposit recording, and aging reports.
• Maintain source documentation using firm tools (Double / Google Drive) for audit readiness.
• Deliver financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) by deadlines with possible internal review.
• Meet all month-end close deadlines and perform monthly reconciliations.
