MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a reliable Senior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This role handles transactions, reconciliations, and basic reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role.
• Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
