Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Reliever: Bookkeeper for onsite coverage in Angeles, Philippines. The role supports bookkeeping engagements during leaves or high volume, ensuring continuity of service with accurate records and smooth client operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on end-to-end bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, and expert knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Night shift, 9pm–6am, 4–5 months contract with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong time management and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks across active client accounts during staff absences.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply technology to streamline workflows.
• Maintain precision in bank reconciliations, transaction categorization and data entry.
• Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to ensure dependable financial support.
