Job summary

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support bookkeeping and accounting services across payroll, compliance, and vendor records.

You will handle year-end prep, payroll processing, and compliance tasks, with training provided for unfamiliar duties. The role requires 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), Excel and Google Sheets, and work during a night shift (PST).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop or QBO.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have history of night shift work.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping/Accounting: Year End Preparation, W2 issuance, 1099 issuance.
• Payroll Services: Process payroll, archive payroll reports, manage vacation & sick accruals, monitor time entries.
• Compliance Services: Prepare & file Annual Report, prepare corporate books; manage licenses and registrations.
• Fleet & Insurance: Ensure vehicle registrations and up-to-date insurance.
