Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or implementation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in Makati on a night shift.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from activation to product adoption.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices through guided walkthroughs and hands-on demonstrations.
