Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF processing.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced training environment.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Review providers notes.
• Send reminder emails via email and SMS.
• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on client status.
