Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience; B2B background required.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented and resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Must be amenable to working onsite at Concentrix Shaw and on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B collections strategies to drive timely payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with business customers and act as trusted advisor.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and engage customers regarding invoices and commitments.
• Conduct professional negotiations to secure payment commitments and resolve disputes.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to address payment issues and drive resolution.
• Understand customer needs to position solutions and influence timely payment.
• Monitor collections lifecycle and track status in CRM or collections system.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and challenges to management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and actions for visibility.
