Concentrix in Makati is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to build lasting client relationships and drive product adoption. This role centers on onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition from activation to ongoing success, with a night shift in a hybrid setup.

You will educate clients on features and best practices, support ongoing engagement, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional SaaS/B2B experiences.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or implementation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in Makati on a night shift.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.

What You'll Do

• Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from account activation to product adoption.
• Educate clients on product features, functionality, and best practices through guided walkthroughs and hands‑on demonstrations.
• Ensure successful activation of new accounts and encourage early product usage to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term customer success.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Customer Success Management
• Client Onboarding
• Implementation
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working onsite in Makati on a night shift.
• Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
