Job summary

Intelassist is seeking an Accounts Payable Technician in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role involves processing and reconciling vendor invoices for payment, performing PO and non-PO approvals, and maintaining master vendor data.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. The work setup starts with onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote/hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with accounts payable is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment per client policies.
• Perform three-way match on PO invoices and approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain audit records.
• Assist with month-end accruals and vendor master files.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Purchasing to resolve issues.
