Job summary

Intelassist is seeking an Accounts Payable Technician in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines. You will process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and manage approvals for non-PO invoices. The role requires strong English communication, Excel proficiency, and error-free data entry.

Onboarding starts onsite for two weeks, then a transition to remote work while aligning with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• General bookkeeping experience and possible accounting post-secondary degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with PO process and three-way match on invoices.
• Review, organize and obtain approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Communicate with Plant Manager and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter vendor invoices into accounting system; reconcile statements.
• Assist with month-end accruals and maintain vendor master files.
• Maintain audit records and ensure confidentiality; follow safety rules.
