Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Pasay City to manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor relations. You will code, match, and reconcile invoices, and support month-end closing with aging analyses and control checks.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AP, a finance degree, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Esker and SSC environments is a plus; Spanish language skills are welcomed. This is an onsite night-shift role with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a multi-currency environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership of data.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and match high-volume vendor invoices with POs and receiving docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements to company records and resolve variances.
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support month-end close by preparing aging reports and GL reconciliation.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance to improve AP processes.
