Job summary

Prime IT Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Quezon City to manage end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain vendor and customer records. The role emphasizes timely payments, reconciliations, and confidentiality in handling financial information.

The ideal candidate will handle billing inquiries, assist with cash flow, and support audits with a high-volume workload in a 100% onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable (preferably both).
• Experience in high transaction volume businesses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices/bills with proper coding and approvals.
• Handle electronic payments within vendor terms.
• Maintain vendor records and accounts payable ledger.
• Record incoming customer payments and maintain billing documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Prepare reports and support audits and forecasting.
