Qualifications

• Solid experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices with complete documentation and approvals.
• Manage monthly recurring invoices, journals, credits, and machine billing.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and AR tasks including remittance tracking.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and update reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Resolve vendor and internal queries with clear communication.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and credit applications; support process improvements.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
