Qualifications

• 5+ years leading consultative sales cycles for enterprise or high-growth firms in BPO.
• Proven ability to develop and grow C-level relationships influencing buying decisions.
• Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in outsourcing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and target SMB to mid-market deals.
• Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet growth targets.
• Nurture client relationships from prospecting through delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft innovative CX solutions.
• Represent CSV Now in market with compelling value propositions.
