Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manager – AI & Automation Development to lead end-to-end AI/automation projects from requirements to deployment and optimization.

You will oversee AI/ML, NLP, GenAI use cases and intelligent automation, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions while driving reuse of frameworks and standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions.
• Oversee design and implementation of AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI use cases.
• Drive intelligent automation including RPA and workflow automation.
• Ensure AI-enabled tools integrate into enterprise platforms (Teams, web apps).
• Secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities
