Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of an account portfolio to meet sales targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts, process placements, renewals, terminations, and matured placements, ensuring on-time, accurate service within bank standards.

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products and services.
Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
Manage customer complaints by coordinating with the BCM or relevant units to ensure resolution.
Process over-the-counter transactions and requests in line with bank policies and service standards.
Serve as primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and perform end-of-day cash verification per bank policies.
