Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to drive in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products, while managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery in line with the Bank's standards.

The role involves opening peso/dollar CASA accounts, handling roll-overs, renewals, terminations, and mature placements, with emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years combined sales and operations in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations to meet their needs.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Process over-the-counter transactions per Bank policies and service standards.
• Serve as primary co-custodian for Main Vault Door and conduct end-of-day cash verification.
