Job summary

Security Bank invites applications for a Customer Advisor - New Accounts. The role focuses on in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and managing an account portfolio to achieve sales targets.

You will open new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, rollover/renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements for all SBC products. Maintain on-time, accurate service delivery in line with the Bank's service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 1 year of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages and attends to customer complaints by coordinating with BCM or units to ensure resolution.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests according to Bank policies to ensure timely service.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and performs end-of-day cash verification per Bank procedures.
