Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and managing an account portfolio to meet sales targets. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Identify customer's needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling, and channel strategies.
Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet needs and drive Bank dealings.
Manage/attend to customer complaints with BCM to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Process over-the-counter transactions in line with Bank policies to ensure service standards.
Act as co-custodian of Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, conducting end-of-day cash verification per policies.
