Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of an account portfolio to meet sales targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, terminations, and payments, while ensuring on-time, accurate service per bank standards.

You will identify customer needs through marketing calls, assist walk-ins, and coordinate with the BCM to resolve complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs and nurtures relationships through calls and cross-selling.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet needs.
• Manages complaints by coordinating with BCM to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions in line with policies and service standards.
• Acts as primary custodian for the Main Vault Door and performs end-of-day cash verification.
