Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer in the Philippines to drive in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products. You will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts, manage portfolios, and ensure timely service delivery in line with bank standards.

You will identify customer needs, assist walk-in clients, and maintain compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products to meet targets.
• Open peso/dollar CASA accounts and manage placements, renewals, and maturities.
• Ensure on-time, accurate service delivery in line with bank standards.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on products to meet their needs.
• Handle end-of-day cash vault verification and related procedures.
