Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of account portfolios. You will process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, with emphasis on timely, accurate service delivery in line with bank standards.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years combined sales and operations in branch banking, preferably handling new accounts.
• Staff applicants who want to become Junior Assistant Managers are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and customer service orientation
• Understanding of regulatory, quality control and risk management framework

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements.
• Manage account portfolio to achieve sales targets and ensure on-time service delivery.
• Assist walk-in customers with product advice to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with BCM or units to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
