Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and manage account portfolios to hit sales targets. You will open new peso/dollar CASA accounts, process renewals and payments, and ensure on-time, compliant service delivery in line with the Bank's standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in branch sales/operations with strong customer service and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, terminations, and payments.
• Manage account portfolio to achieve sales targets with timely, accurate service delivery.
• Act as co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and perform end-of-day cash verification.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's service standards and regulatory requirements.
