Job summary

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• With at least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs and cross-sells bank products and services to increase dealings with the Bank.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages customer complaints by coordinating to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests per Bank policies to meet service standards.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, performing end-of-day cash verification.
