AECO Energy in the Philippines seeks a senior commercial leader to take national responsibility for sales growth. You will inherit five strong people, a proven sales model, and a cutting-edge technology stack to scale.

Lead a 5–20 person sales team, design the market plan, and close high-value deals with CFOs and energy directors. You will build an enterprise pipeline and collaborate with product and engineering to align offerings with Philippine customers.

Competenze

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales
• Including at least 3 years leading a team
• CRM fluency and working knowledge of digital marketing

Mansioni

• Own the national target and lead the team past it
• Close high-value deals with facility managers, energy directors, CFOs and CEOs
• Hire around fifteen salespeople in twelve months
• Build and run an enterprise pipeline on 3–9 month cycles
• Build account strategies for the customers worth winning twice
