AECO Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Delivery Manager to own the Philippines marketing function. This hands-on role focuses on turning ideas into campaigns, generating leads, and driving measurable growth through multi-channel activities.

You will partner with Sales, BD, and Product teams, managing local content, campaigns, and performance analysis to optimize results and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on marketing experience in generalist or growth roles.
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns across paid social, paid search, email/EDM, and organic channels.
• Ability to link marketing activity to measurable lead generation or sales outcomes.
• Experience creating marketing content and assets directly, not only coordinating others.
• Strong multi-project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Philippines market, culture, and audience.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing for the Philippines and be the primary marketing partner for the business.
• Plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor performance, optimize targeting, budgets, creative, and messaging.
• Deliver timely campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Provide local market insights and adapt content to the Philippines audience.
• Report campaign results against marketing and business objectives.
