Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 12 months related experience in a customer service & project management environment.
• Experience in Inside Sales is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated complete and strong ASCO process knowledge (order entry, order management, submittals, Sales Allowances, Credit, etc.) for a particular national account assigned.
• Coordinates closely with project managers, direct account managers, Field service, planners, application engineers, credit analyst, and shipping department.
• Demonstrated a strong sense of urgency and quick thinking to support the fast pace work environment for National Accounts.
• Responsible for managing PM related project tools : BIM, SPS, Compass etc.
• Knowledgeable with account specific submittals (ATS and TCP).
• Knowledgeable with TEX reports, Cashflow reports, account Invoicing and BO process, and able to generate and manage A2S (Authority to ship ) reports.
• Attends PM meetings with specific account stake holders.
