Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator in the Philippines to support Client Managers and ensure efficient, accurate account coverage for VMS contracts. You will resolve issues, manage vendor POs, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and production goals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in Finance or Accounting, strong problem solving, time management, and superior written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years Finance or Accounting experience.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to achieve project goals.
• Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Managers in making sure account coverage for VMS contracts are executed efficiently and accurately exceeding customer expectations.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns by following standard operating procedures and coordinating with internal teams in a timely manner.
• Vendor PO issuance
• Resolve third party vendor issues and concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Responsible in third party parts and stand-alone service management.
• Respond and resolve all email requests/concerns sent to Vendor Management Coordination email group.
• Assist Client Managers, sales team, vendors, and other related teams in resolving issues on specific VMS assigned accounts.
• Execute all administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to: Vendor PO issuance, Quote completion/update, Entitlement accuracy check, Sales Order close out, BFS asset registration, Booking schedule completion, Kick Off completion, Schedule forecast completion, Customer PO submission, RSB/ICC/PRQ submission, Account alert set up, Vendor invoice validation and payment request.
• Work on VMS Daily Backlog Report and Stand-Alone Service Management.
• Work on assigned team reports/tracker.
• Responsible in meeting outlined production goals and targets (CHT, QA, RM, Reliability, and MLL).
• Perform other duties, functions, and tasks that are incidental or inherent to the role, or those which may be required, requested, or entrusted by the superiors.
