Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Philippines (Cavite) is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Execution professional to lead end-to-end delivery from PO handover to final delivery. You will review technical requirements, interpret SLDs, and coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and enterprise project

Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Ability to read and interpret SLDs and electrical schematics.
Experience in end-to-end project execution and lifecycle management.
Fluent written and spoken English for cross-functional interfaces.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise project tools.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution & Delivery: drive customer project execution from PO handover to delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Technical Review & SLD Interpretation: review and validate technical requirements and schematics.
Stakeholder Coordination: liaise between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and regional partners.
Milestone & Delivery Tracking: monitor progress and escalate deviations to management.
Documentation & Compliance: maintain project docs and ensure proper system bookings and compliance.
Operational Excellence: use standard MS tools to build schedules, analyze data, and improve workflows.
