Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Philippines is seeking a Site In Charge to lead complete engineering operations of Electrical and HVAC at the Hinoba-an site. You will monitor AIS switchyard parameters, coordinate with OEM for online/offline PM, conduct toolbox talks, manage HT/LT panels, transformers, and chiller systems, and ensure PTW/LOTO compliance and detailed shift handovers.

• Electrical experience and understanding of power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete engineering operations of Electrical and HVAC at the site.
• Monitor AIS Switchyard substation parameters and associated equipment checklist.
• Coordinate with OEM for online/offline PM.
• Ensure PTW/LOTO compliance and shift handovers.
• Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, and chiller systems for DC environment.
