Schneider Electric Philippines is looking for a customer service/ order management specialist to support customers and sales teams by processing orders and answering pre-sales and post-sales questions.

You will use order processing systems and CRM tools, work hybrid in Rosario, Cavite, and align with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 or 5 year course.
• Good English communication skills both written and oral.
• Prior experience in order management is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite.
• Willing to work during US business hours on a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and sales teams by managing order processing, addressing pre-sales and post-sales queries, and providing essential information about stock levels, credit, logistics, and products
• Handle customer service requests through multiple channels while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Participate in revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns
• Create and manage sales opportunities for our teams and partners
